Act as primary quality interface with customer OEM on new programs (secondary contact),leading/managing/supporting Advanced Quality engineering to ensure on-time and correct response in case of quality concerns (8D)
Will be assigned to advanced quality engineering duties concerning new program development teams with responsibilities of developing quality processes on product assembly level for one or more programs.
Monitoring the quality regarding planning, implementation and progress, through APQP reporting in cooperation with multi-function Project Teams
Translation of customer specific requirements into BSS processes and systems ,extensive knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Containment Plans, GD&T, Check Fixtures, Gage R&R, APQP, PPAP etc.,
Risk assessment & management during the quotation phase,Optimizing customer satisfaction & customer relationships,Lead/support all related audit process as required internally & externally.
Responsible for managing and supervising advanced supplier quality engineer coordinating team work and internal work.
Responsible for daily assessment, supervision and management of subordinates, and supervise and correct improper or wrong working methods and behavior dynamics.
Promote and urge ASQE to work closely with suppliers to solve quality problems quickly. In particular, according to the decision of problem handling, supervise and implement the disposal methods such as containment, rework and scrapping of unqualified products from suppliers.
On the basis of full understanding of the supplier's production process and critical control points, help the supplier to identify potential problems in the production process and quality control, and avoid any quality accidents. Complete other related work assigned by superior.
岗位要求：
Bachelor，6-8 years Work experience ；
Effective communication skills to work in leading a team environment providing ideas, needs and reliable results.
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA.
Familiar with QS9000, TS16949, ISO14000 and other systems.
Quality report reading and analysis.
